Entrepreneur also the element that important in our country because the existence of entrepreneur in the country, they can improve the economy and to raise the name of world business arena Malaysia. This word is translated from the French as “entreprendre” which means to carry or duty to try. In Malay, meaning those entrepreneurs who operate a business. Entrepreneur is defined as a person who handles a business and take risks which they are engaged. McClelland (1961) expressed as innovative entrepreneurs and high performance requirements.
Successful entrepreneurs tend to take risks that has been planned and has a high internal control. Schumpeter (1934), defined entrepreneurs as people who commit welfare reform or innovation for its own organization. He said there are a number of reforms undertaken by individualsentrepreneurs. In addition, we can share a good example how to be a successful entrepreneur. There is no easy way to become a successful eentrepreneur. One recipe for success is that we have to be very cautious in predicting the right product in the market.

They need training, guidance and confidence in a variety of other entrepreneurs to achieve the goal. Entrepreneur is an individual who is not dependent on other people and always strive to be the best.
